Jermain Holms (Born August 22, 1985) is an American audio engineer and Hip Hop artist. Formally known as 7ven, but changed his name due to many key factors. Main factor being that he wanted a new beginning a fresh start.


As an audio engineer he has work on one CD (which will remain nameless) also he is attending school to better heighten his skills. Currently he is working on a solo project with Trademark Muzik, who is an American Hip-Hop Producer.


Jermain Holms also works along side of ADW, American Hip-Hop Group. ADW members include A.T. and Benz. All 3 members are known as the "Founding Fathers." Jermain Holms is willing and ready to work with anyone and everyone who is down to do something...Whether it is some one from his home town of Minneapolis or elsewhere.


Jermain Holms's influence include many artist. Some of the main artist are: Royce da 5'9", Kanye West, and Lupe Fiasco just to name a few.


CAREER

Many projects have been started but never finish. It all started in 2004 when now ADW were known as BBE (Be Black Entertainment). Few tracks were recorded and never released. Jemain Holms then just was starting off as an engineer and producer. As ADW started to progess with the songs they did he decided to join in with the writing. Since then has become more of a writer and is more recognized for his hook rather than his verses.
